The commitment Artes Gráficas Palermo has shown to training first became apparent over ten years ago, when the company signed a partnership agreement with Graphic Arts colleges in Madrid.

As a result of that agreement, numerous students now undertake job placements on the premises the company has in Rivas Vaciamadrid. In addition, there are also organised visits in which the students –of both middle and higher level courses- from different colleges gain a comprehensive, in situ understanding of the printing process.

This has meant that during the first six months of the year, the company has welcomed students from the secondary schools (IES) IES Puerta Bonita, EFTI School, IES Islas Filipinas, and the Pedro Almodóvar Art Centre (in Ciudad Real). In addition, another visit involved the LENS School of Photography, where the syllabus for the advanced course on the printing of art books -taught by Félix Fuentes- includes a visit to Artes Gráficas Palermo.

It is worth remembering that in 2008, IES Puerta Bonita awarded the ComunicArte prize, in the category of best firm in the graphics sector involved in educational projects, to Artes Gráficas Palermo.
