Acción Cultural Española’s participation in the Año Dual España-Japón (Spain-Japan Dual Year) has included the organisation of the José María Sicilia exhibition. Fukushima: Winter Flowers is one of the main cultural activities organised in commemoration of 400 years of Spanish-Japanese exchange.

All of the artist’s exhibited work can be enjoyed in the book published by Turner together with Acción Cultural Española. Both have placed their trust in the know-how of Artes Gráficas Palermo for the production of the publication.
