GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS_

AG Palermo establishes the criteria for the acquisition of products and services of any kind on the basis of the following considerations:

  • Prices
  • Quality
  • Delivery deadlines
  • Communication and collaboration
  • Security
  • Stability of supply
  • Geographical coverage
  • Reliability
  • Corporate image

The commercial relationship with suppliers will always be formal and agreements must be backed up in writing (purchase order or email) indicating quantities, expected delivery times and any other product or service specifications. Suppliers will be paid in a timely manner according to the agreed terms.

All suppliers are initially assessed against internal criteria defined in the ISO 9001 management system. These criteria are established with the aim of avoiding adverse situations that hinder the objectives set by AG PALERMO.

An assessment and monitoring of the supplier's capacity and competence shall be carried out annually. This analysis will make it possible to prioritise which suppliers to contract with, to renew commitments, to seek improvements in the quality of products and/or efficiency of services. This assessment will take into account:

  • Commitment to delivery deadlines
  • Compliance with the required technical specifications
  • Quality of service provided
  • Reliability
  • Guarantee

All detected non-conformities shall be addressed with the supplier to correct the deficiencies. If, once presented and communicated, the supplier does not accept to develop them, or does not comply with the defined plans, AG PALERMO reserves the right to cancel the supplier, unless there is no other option that can provide the company with this product or service.
